The workforce is entirely flexible which means we work when our customers are active and when leads are generated.  That means we can dial anytime from 7am to 8pm, as allowed by the DMA rules.

For our international campaigns we work to suit the time-zone they require.

Our freelance agents can do other work as long as it does not conflict, and are on-line when they choose to be, with minimum performance standards.

Our full-time agents are not allowed to do other work and are tied to the campaign that they are deployed into.  For some of our clients we placed the staff on their own payroll.

We almost always advocate a trial period to ensure campaigns are viable for our customers, however in some cases we immediately ramped the campaigns to full production.
